Moving
There comes a point in time where the margin between your rent and the monthly payment of a house becomes narrow enough that you wonder what you are doing. Plus with the tax write offs that a house provides, you almost break even. So, why not gain a little equity for a little more each month. Sorry I have no pictures. I will get them posted as soon as I get some. We are very excited!! (if you go to google maps and put in the street address with the zipcode you can see a street view)

Umm. Totally Jealous, but I can't wait to go with you this week to see your new house in person. Maybe one day, just maybe, Nate and I can get into a house of our own AND get a second car. The only car we have wouldn't start this morning- what a good start to a Sunday! :) See ya in a few days!
Congrats on becoming home owners! You will love it! When we bought our first house, it didn't dawn on me that we would have to call up and get garbage cans...never had to think of that stuff until it was all ours to take care of! But it is fun at tax time to take all of that and write it off!
